Our History
This year The Hasson Company celebrates their 25th anniversary as the premier independent real estate brokerage in the Pacific Northwest.
The Hasson Company has achieved its longevity and stability through a healthy business model and smart business practices. Coming in first in the nation for average sales volume per agent, The Hasson Company is the only locally owned and operated full-service real estate company in Oregon and Southwest Washington that competes with regional and national firms.
In 1983, University of Oregon graduate Mike Hasson launched Handel, Hasson & Jones - a small residential real estate firm in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Eight years later, Hasson bought out his partners and formed The Hasson Company Realtors, comprised of 12 professional real estate agents.
Since then, the company has grown to nearly 300 full-time agents in eight offices located throughout the Portland metro area, Vancouver, Wash., and Central Oregon.
