To begin the process of obtaining your real estate license or to apply online for real estate courses, click here* and follow these instructions:
- At login, click “Create User ID”. (Returning students type in your User ID and Password.)
- On the Create User page, select (HAS) THE HASSON COMPANY REALTORS for Organization and metro for Access code. Click “Continue”.
- Read the Terms of Use and click “Accept”.
- On the Courses page, click “Course Catalog” in the left hand column.
- Select your course and click “Add to Cart”. Then click “Check Out” at the bottom of the page. Enter any applicable discount codes and click “Update total”.)
- Click “Purchase” and complete the PayPal information. You will return to the student homepage to view the purchased course.
- “Launch” will open the Enrollment Agreement. Complete the information and read the Cancellation and Refund Policy. (If no referral type, enter “N/A” in the referral box.)
- Upon completing the Enrollment Agreement, click “Done”. This takes you to the Main menu of the course. Read any introduction and/or instructions before beginning the course. Print page for future reference.
